USED: Johnson 3-1/2" single screw extruder, 24:1 L/D ratio. Electrically heated, air cooled. 4 zone top vented barrel. Water cooled feed throat, no hopper. Driven by a 200 hp DC motor thru a gearbox, ratio 17.14:1. Approx 41-1/2" centerline height. Unit includes a control panel with Eurotherm 94 digital controllers, GE Silcon VI drive and a 30 kva transformer.
