The ML6184 non-spring return direct coupled damper actuator provides Floating single pole double throw (SPDT) control of dampers in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) applications.
Mounts directly on 3/8", to 5/8" round and square damper shafts and 3/4" round damper shafts by using the approperiate insert.
Magnetic coupling eliminates the need for mechanical stops or limit switch adjustments by limiting stall torque to 250lb-in. maximum.
95 degree stroke provides necessary compression of rubber/neoprene gaskets commonly used on 90 degree low leakage dampers.
Removable splined output hub permits premounting of the hub on the damper shaft, providing installation flexibility.
Designed for both single-point and three-point mounting, providing installation flexibility.
standard models have two 8mm x 12mm long set screws for securing the damper shaft. Actuator models are available for various shaft sizes that will allow the damper shaft to operate centered inside the output hub.
2-AUX switches set at 12 and 82 degree hub for .5 inch square shaft.
Hawaii & Alaska will be extra.
