Okay, I don't know much about these things other than I believe they are machinists levels. This one measures 4" square and is in great conditon. There is some light rusting on the outside metal part looks like probably from moisture. This is made by Stiefelmayer Prazision and is marked 0,3 mm/m. This comes in a wooden box. This level is in great condition and the fuzzy stuff in the photo is from the foam cushion that was in the top part of the box. It has disintegrated and was really magnified in the photo.
