It has an cutting capacity for expanded usage. Included is a stainless steel moving feed tray with a smooth attractive design that permits easy cleaning for sanitary requirements. Other features include easily removable upper and lower wheels with smooth surfaces for easy cleaning. Both upper and lower doors easily lift off for cleaning. Plus, it has adjustable guide slides down to expose only blade that is being used.
