This is a new Federal Lock Company padlock, Model No. 95IC. This lock is obsolete as the Federal Lock Company no longer exists.
The brass case is almost 1 1/2 inches wide, 2 1/8 inches tall and 3/4 inch thick. The hardened steel shackle is just over 1 inch tall.
Included will be a Best core, 7 pin, F keyway, one operating key and one control key.
As you may know, brass prices have increased over 200% in the last few years. Best Lock currently lists a single combinated core for more than $30.
