The manual is in very good condition with no pencil/pen marks except the Table of Contents page. No folds/rips/tears of the pages. Very light dog-earing of the pages. Very light dirt/grease smudges/stains on the pages. No age discoloration, very light cover wear, and very light cover smudges/stains.
