The 11712A Support Kit is intended to aid the technician in servicing 8670 Series Synthesized Signal Generators.
The kit provides a selection of cables, extenders, adapters and test programs which cover most service situations. Also provided in the kit is an Output Register Test Board which decodes and displays frequency tuning data generated in the A2 Controller Assembly.
Option K01 adds a 15 KHz Low-Pass Filer, an interconnect adapter, a crystal detector and a 50-ohm termination.
The kit seems to be complete. The foam insert is deteriorating somewhat (therefore contense needs a good cleaning) and the plastic case does not latch.
