This is a Buehler Ecomet 3 Mod 49-1750-160 Variable Speed Polisher/Grinder. Powers up fine, and runs fine, spec states it is 8" Diameter Wheel, Table Top, Variable Speed 50 - 500 RPM but it will adjust down to 10 RPM. As you can see from the pictures the item looks like it has not been used much at all, really clean.
