This is a Sencore CR133 Cathiode Ray Tube Tester. It looks like it should be in a bad Sci-Fi movie. It seems to work and the tube tester attachments look complete. All the knobs, switches and lights work. It has a little booklet with it. If anything, it would work as a boat anchor.
