This is a lot of 2 Bimba Stainless Steel Air Cylinders. They were purchased NEW for $100 each and have never been used. However, they have been in the barn for a while. They are labeled 171 - DXDEH XG. There is also an I 3/8 on the small red circular piece. The specs according to my dad are 2" bore, 1" stroke, and 1/2" shaft. Thanks for looking!
