L110C RFT / WF Monolithic Self Scan Night Light Receiver OCR IC
L110C is a Monolithic Self Scan Night Light Receiver with 256 elements. It is designed especially for optical character recognition (OCR) and for other high-sensitive and high-speed picture applications in page readers, machine control equipment, in spectroscopy, for edge scanning, in topographic mapping and in many other ranges of science engineering and production.
L110C was made in Germany in early and mid 1980s. It is in ceramic package with GOLD pins and it could be a very cool item for chip collectors too.
These particular chips are in EXCELLENT condition. All are NEW, never used. All pins AND the internal connections between the core and the pins are GOLD !!!! The bottom side of the chip is covered with white ceramic and the top side is black ceramic, which makes it quite a rare design too !!!
