NEW RFID label applicator. The intTag™ RFID label applicator offers ease of operation and minimal downtime by providing quick access to all maintenance parts. The intTag applicator’s thick base plate, oversized shafts, and sealed bearings make it the most durable labeling head on the market. Tamp-on application technology offers the flexibility to apply labels to different sizes of cartons without the need for machine adjustments. This labeler may be used for either top or side application. Does NOT have RFID capabilities; uses a black mark sensor in place of an RFID antenna to detect a black mark pre-printed on bad RFID tags. When a bad tag is detected, it is rejected and rewound on the liner.
