This is an Innowave band stop filter type 1011FZ-052.
When tested over the range 0.5 to 1300MHz it has a centre frequency of 520MHz with a 3dB bandwidth of 150MHz. Outside the response is -35dB down. SMA connectors at each end.
Unusual, this is the first band stop filter I can remember.
