Millivac MV-828A RF Millivoltmeter
a. Voltmeter, Electronic AN/URM-145D is a sensitive, wide band instrument for
t h e measurements of voltages from 100 microvolt ()to 3 volts (V) spanning a fre-
quency range of 20 kilohertz (KHz) to 600 megahertz (MHz).
b. The general` purpose rf probe supplied employs a fullwave germanium diode de-
t e c t i n g c i r c u i t . In the square-law region(100to 30mV) the voltmeter is true RMS
r e s p o n d i n g . In the transition region(30mV to 1V)the characteristics of the probe's
d e t e c t i n g circuit changes gradually from RMS to peak. In the linear region (1V to
3V) the voltmeter is peak responding.
Unit powered up fine. No other testing performed. Power cord and probe not included.
