Consisting of heavy duty cast iron ring with 16 horizontal hand scraped toolspindle mounting ports on a reinforced welded base with Dyad vibration damper. High precision hydraulically actuated indexing table with 16 fixtures for standard B32/45 draw type collets. Table indexing and location provided by hydraulically actuated rack and pinion and Hirth type multi-tooled coupling. Repeatability accuracy .0002". Control feature allows table to be half-indexed to provide ease of tool change.
Hydromat Standard Electrical Control Cabinet:
With GE 90-30 programmable controller and IEC motor starters. Machine voltage: 460 volts, 3 phase, 60 cycle. Control voltage: 115 volts A.C. and 24 volts D.C.
With 50 gallon (approx.) reservoir to provide system hydraulic fluid for machine operations. Automatic heating-cycle assures consistent operation and the accumulator maintains constant pressure.
Swiveling Pendant Operator Control:
Includes message center consisting of a 2-line display providing the operator with total machine control from any location around machine
