Missing both plastic side covers. when I plug it into air the air hisses out. when I plug it in and step on the foot switch it makes clicking sounds and the timer works. Unknown Age, History and Operating Condition. This does not necessarily mean that it will not work just that I was not able to test it or with 100% confidence. Item may have some scratches.
