Nice condition High Purity Gas Mixing Manifold. All stainless steel construction. Includes Swagelok Nupro Proportional normally closed pneumatic actuated valves, solenoid control valves and manifold for operating the Nupro valves, a 6 position gas manifold with bypass line and a wiring harness terminating with a 25 pin D-shell connector. Four of the six positions on the manifold are fitted with Nupro SS-4BK-TW-91NC pneumatic valves, the main control valve and the bypass valves are Nuporo SS-6BK-91NC pneumatic valves. The pneumatic valves are controlled by a solenoid valve manifold of 6 Clippard EV3M valves operating on 24Vdc. All connections are VCO type in both 4 and 6 sizes.
