Tektronix (Tek) 11403A Digitizing Oscilloscope Mainframe, 3 GHz
* Description: The Tektronix 11403A is the top of the class in the family of 11400 series. It is similar to both the 11401A and the 11402A, but offers more features and better performance. A large color display, built in FFT, 10-bit vertical resolution, and the ability to acquire up to 6 channels at 1 GHz make this instrument a value when compared to other scopes of similar specifications. A selection of modules for this mainframe include the 11A32, 11A33, 11A34, 11A52, 11A71, 11A72 and the 11A81. Additional features and specifications for the 11403A include:
* Vertical Resolution: 10-bit, 14-Bits with Averaging
* Acquire up to Six Channels at 1GHz Concurrently
* Deskew Nulls out Channel Timing Differences - including Probes
* Internal Calibration capability for a Vertical Error of 1% or Less
* Bandwidth and Number of Channels Are Based on Amplifiers Selected
* Operating Mode and Amplifiers Selected Determine Number of Channels that Can Be Acquired
