The only number it has on it is ...
There are two square holes on the one end of the handle.
In each square hole is one spring loaded pin.
Probably used to lock the handle in place.
The square holes are 1" x 1" x 3/4" deep.
The length of the handle assembly is 10 1/2".
the handle which a person would grip does spin.
The handle is 3 3/4" in length.
The steel handle assembly appears to be unused.
