This was tucked away in Dad's workbench. The metal case I believe he made to protect it so it is still in very good condition. Our former mechanic, Gary, says it is a reamer for a hydraulic cylinder. It has 6 cutting blades, 7/8 inch square top. The overall length is 14 1/4 inches and the blades are 5 1/2 inches long. On the top is says
